How to Avoid Political Persecution in the Post-Election Period?

It is not the whole country but only a political group that can find itself in isolation. It was a crisis within the governmental system that created the recent events in Georgia and it is necessary to pay very close attention to those issues which emerged as a result of that crisis. Our government is not skilled enough to effectively engage in crisis management.
