Luka Dvaladze is a master's candidate at the Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington, where he is specializing in International Security Studies. His focus is on nuclear non-proliferation and Weapons of Mass Destruction. Luka graduated from Georgian Academy for State Security and also Georgian Independent Diplomatic Academy. At the GFSIS his interest is in nuclear alternative energy sources in Georgia.
