Lili Di Puppo is a PhD candidate at the European Viadrina University (Frankfurt/Oder) in Germany.  During her stay at GFSIS, from March to August 2007, she is researching the fight against corruption in Georgia and analyzing differences between international and national approaches, with a particular focus on European and American strategies.  She is the co-editor in chief of the online magazine Caucaz.com, and has published articles on corruption and anti-corruption efforts in the South Caucasus, security issues in the Caucasus, and European policy in the Black Sea region.
