William Dunbar is a graduate of Downing College, University of Cambridge, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in social anthropology. He specialised in post-socialist studies, especially issues of ethnic identity and conflict in the former Soviet Union. As an intern at GFSIS he will be focusing on Georgia's relationship with its neighbours, and the challenges this poses to Georgian foreign policy.
