Mr. Joseph Fairbanks

Joseph Fairbanks is a recent graduate of Stanford University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, with Honors. At Stanford, Joe focused on Russian international and domestic affairs and wrote his thesis on the relationship between Russia and the European Union. At GFSIS he will be researching Georgian relations with the EU and the government's efforts to democratize and eliminate corruption.
