Mr. John C. Williams

John C. Williams is a senior Russian Studies major at Swarthmore College. His focus on the Caucasus has been cultural and historical: at Swarthmore he has studied Soviet national cinemas and Soviet nationalities policy. At GFSIS, he is researching the historical and cultural roots of corruption in Georgia.
