Dr. Teimuraz Kancheli as a Head of Resource Center and NATO Depository Library in Georgia at the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies. Dr. Teimuraz Kancheli holds a Ph.D  in Technical Sciences. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the GeDG Union. He worked as Deputy Executive Director for Tacis Coordinating Unit, director of Business Communication Centre (EU project). He also was Short Term Expert for the WB, UNDP, IESC, GEPLAC, OSGF, Eurasia Foundation, Tacis projects. Dr. Teimuraz Kancheli graduated from Tbilisi State University's physics faculty. He is the author of more then 40 scientific publications including 4 patents, six books.
