Alina Doroftei is working with Crisis Management Initiative as manager of the project "Civil society participation in ENP - a regional approach to conflict resolution" (September 2006 -August 2008). Previously she worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, in the Policy Planning Unit. Ms Doroftei holds a Master of Science in Global Security from Cranfield University/Royal Military College of Science, United Kingdom. In the period April-June 2008 she has been working together with GFSIS on an evaluation on how to improve the impact of the European Neighbourhood Policy on conflict resolution in Georgia.
