Justinas Dementavičius is an analyst of Center for Strategic Studies (Vilnius, Lithuania) and a PhD candidate in political science at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Vilnius University (Lithuania), where he previously received BA and MA in political science. His academic interests include political theory and East Europe studies. At GFSIS he is exploring the Georgia's view on possible changes of EU and NATO strategies towards Eastern Europe and South Caucasus.
