Daniel Preysman is a journalist and political analyst currently working with the University of Pepperdine School of Public Policy and a visiting researcher at GFSIS. He has worked with various newspapers and think tanks including The New York Times, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and the International Crisis Group. His specialty is in peace negotiations and conflict in the Caucasus. He is currently doing research on the challenge of elder care in the Caucasus and on the mediation process over the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College.
