Professor Andrew C. Hess will give a lecture about Oil Politics and Implications of Globalization for Regional Process. Professor Andre C. Hess is the Director of the Program for Southwest Asia and Islamic Civilization, Contemporary Turkish Studies Program, and the Kuwaiti, Qatari, and Armenian Foreign Service Training Programs, at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
