Gave a lecture on the role and place of small states in contemporary International relations. He focused on the problems of small states and discussed how to achieve successful development in small countries. The lecture was followed by questions and debate.


The lecture and further reception was organized by the Alumni Council of Georgia and sponsored by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
