Dr. Metreveli is a research fellow and a director of the Centre for Human Security at GFSIS. She holds a Candidate of Science degree from Tbilisi State University in Art History and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management (MPPM) from the School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) at the University of Pittsburgh, where she was a Muskie Fellow in 2000-2001.
Rolf Eidem, today a senior consultant, is the former Head of the Swedish-Russian Cooperation Programme between the Swedish and Russian ministries of finance (1992-2007). His professional expertise is in the fields of comparative economic systems, public administration and organization theory.
Natalia Arkania has over six years of professional experience in the field of International Affairs and Development in the U.S. and Georgia. In 2007 she won the U.S. Department of State Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship and in May 2009 graduated with an M.A. in International Development (Summa Cum Laude) from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California.
Hans Norgren was one of the initial partners in founding SIPU International in 1992. He is a Political Scientist and worked with human resource development in the Swedish Civil Service for 7 years. He then joined the Swedish white collar trade union movement, where he was in charge of training of trade union officials and staff for 10 years.
Númi Östlund has a background in the private sector. He worked as a Consultant and Project Manager in Telecom and with Information Systems before he changed focus and started working in the sphere of development cooperation. Númi has a solid background in project management, having led a wide variety of projects focused on both project, technical and business development.
