Númi Östlund has a background in the private sector. He worked as a Consultant and Project Manager in Telecom and with Information Systems before he changed focus and started working in the sphere of development cooperation. Númi has a solid background in project management, having led a wide variety of projects focused on both project, technical and business development. His experience includes several international projects where he has led multi-cultural project teams, with activities in multiple countries.  As a consultant Númi has been working mainly with evaluations and reviews. He has been a Team Leader and consultant evaluating a series of projects and programmes, most often in South Eastern Europe and Georgia, but he also has experiences from Africa.
